Troubleshooting World Golf Tour

It is uncommon for your SkyTrak Launch Monitor to have issues playing WGT by TopGolf. However, if you do experience difficulties, this article outlines some troubleshooting techniques to try.

 


 

For best playing results it is recommended you keep all software up to date.

 

If WGT app will not start:

  1. Check that you are on the most recent update for the WGT Application.
  2. Check that your iOS device is up to date on the most recent iOS available as WGT will be optimized for that version of the operating system.

 

If you cannot make initial connection:

1. Try to close both SkyTrak application and WGT by TopGolf application and restarting them.
2. Check SkyTrak has a good network connection.


If connection keeps dropping while play:

1. Check network connection is strong enough in your simulator area. 

  • Area should be close to router or have a booster near by for strong enough signal.

2. Check your device is getting sufficient power.
